Hi ! I’m Autumn, a licensed nail tech and owner of The solux studio. I specialize in polygel and versatile art. Polygel combines the best qualities of acrylic and gel hybrid between acrylic and hard gel giving you the best of both worlds. Our policies( please read carefully) Deposit- a non refundable deposit of $30 is required to book for all new clients. Returning and regular clients must keep an up to date card on file in the case of no call no shows. Payments- The solux studio accepts cash, card, tap to pay, Zelle and Apple Pay. Tardiness- clients will be extended a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. Please communicate with us if you believe you will be running behind. Refunds- refunds will not be provided for any services rendered unless there is an inconvenience caused solely by the solux studio. Guest- additional guest/children will not be accommodated at your appointment. Health- if you are showing any signs of sickness you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. The solux studio prides itself on being a private space to relax, you control your experience , choose between a silent appointment, your favorite movie or show or show us your playlist. your comfort and experience is our top priority, And You’ll rest easy knowing we sanitize, disinfect and sterilize our tools to ensure a super clean environment. CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, meaning you may have to cancel or reschedule a session. We kindly request that you give us a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of no-show, client will be charged 100% of the service booked. If we are unable to charge the card on file. Client will be banned from booking with us in the future. We understand that emergencies and exceptional circumstances may arise, an will assess each situation on a case by case basis. Please contact our studio as soon as a possible if there I any situation that prevents you from keeping your appointment.
